Transfer of monies from bank to bank will always incur some charges. When making payment via Bank or Wire transfer, please check with your local bank on the charges imposed by the banks themselves when transferring the payment. Ensure that your character name provided is as per your character’s name in game..Some games may allow the same name spelt in different formats e.g. Amazon or 4mazon, to ensure that we do not unwittingly arrange delivery of your order to another player. There will be no compensation provided if our registered sellers were to make delivery to the wrong character due to the spelling provided in the order form.

Note down your order number, it can be easily found in the order history section of your OffGamers Account.

Once you have contacted Live Support, we will release the order to our registered sellers, who will then submit a request to fulfill your order.

Once the submission is received, depending on the delivery selection we will arrange a trade with the buyer.

Add to cart
Products that can be added to cart will be delivered well within the ETA stated. ETA countdown will begin from the Stated In game time or time of first contact on Live Support.

Pre-orders are open for games products that are about to launch, depending on the availability of the product pre-orders opening dates will vary.

Out of stock
In the event that our registered sellers or partners have discontinued providing services for a particular server or game, it will be listed as out of stock.

Protection Plan: Power leveling
OffGamers understands that there is an inherent risk when a customer places an order for Power Leveling, although we have implemented mechanisms to minimize the risk to account under our care, there are still external factors that may cause unwanted complications to an account.

As an added layer of protection we always advise our customers to provide us with new account to Power Level reducing the risk to established characters, we have also introduced the Power Leveling Protection Plan.

The Power Leveling protection plan is a selectable option available for selected packages, it aim is to add an additional level of safety when Power Leveling your account.

Currency packages: Please contact Live Support or e-mail to lodge your complaints or feedbacks. We do take all complaints and feedbacks seriously, please allow us 24 hours to respond. All complaints and feedbacks are treated on a case by case basis.

Power Leveling packages: We are constantly strive to maintain a standard of quality when working on your account, in view of this objective we have released our Power Leveling Service Guarantee to ensure that our work is always above and beyond satisfactory.

Game Card: In the event that your CD Keys/Game Points are un-readable or returns an error message please:

  • Check if the codes are entered in the correct URL. If you are unsure click on the Product Image to locate the registration or top-up link.
  • Retry the codes in a different combinations as some letters and numbers are sometimes printed in a similar fashion i.e 1 (one) may look like an l (lower case L).
  • In the case of time cards or game points, if you receive the error that the time card or game point is in use, check if your subscription has been updated via your game account billing information page.

If an error still persists please login to the Game Code Submission Page.Fill out the selection field and submit the form. All complaints and feedbacks are treated on a case by case basis and a response will be received within 24 hours.

Important when e-mailing an issue please include:

  • The images are saved in .jpeg format.
  • Screenshot 1 must contain an image of the Game website URL and the Error message received.
  • Screenshot 2 must contain an image of the order history page showing the code(s).

On the website we have separated our services by tabs. Clicking on the Store service tab. Under Store our services are listed out into three categories, they are:

Game Currency
This section lists the games that we provide currency on. Select the game that you wish to buy currency on and select your region/server/faction. Upon adding you currency package of choice to cart, a pop up menu will appear.

Select your delivery choice, key in your character name. The in game time refers to the period in which you will login to game after placing your order.

The in game duration refers to the number of hours your character will be on-line after logging in. Please ensure that the information and character name entered is exact. As our registered sellers will be contacted on your login time and delivery will be made within the duration that your character is in game.

Power Leveling
Click on the game of your choice, under the Power Leveling service, we have a variety of character level, profession and miscellaneous options available. Browse the packages and select one which most appeals to you.

When placing the order please fill in all the required fields. Remember to read the Power Leveling terms of service before adding the product package to cart.

Game Card
Upon selecting the game of your choice, additional information can be found by clicking on the product image. Here one can find links to the game’s official website, account management pages and links to download the game client.

High Level Account
You may purchase the high level accounts of your choice by selecting our wide range of offerings which include World of Warcraft, Rift and Aion just to name a few. You may use the Advanced Search Options to browse for the account that suit your preference and budget. You may click on the View Profile button for more information on the character or account. Please note that if the account has been inactive for an extended period of time, the profile information might not be available.

With effect from 25th October 2011, processing fee is now applicable for all online payments made via credit card, debit card, online banking, Paypal, cash card or charge cards. Please refer to the guidelines below for further details.

What is processing fee?
A processing fee is charged when payment is made through credit card, debit card, online banking, Paypal, cash card or charge cards. The fee is non-refundable.

Why is the fee introduced?
Throughout the years, we had invested substantially on expenditures and maintenance of online payment gateways to provide a wide selection of payment options to all of our users. As every payment transactions comes with a certain fee which varies from one payment method to another, processing fees are now applicable on all transactions, to subsidize the costs of our payment systems.

Which fees are applied to purchases?
Please take note that this fee is applicable per transaction when payment is made online through credit card, debit card, online banking, Paypal, cash card or charge cards.

Refunds issued will normally take between 24 hours to an average of 3-5 working days until the funds are reflected back into your account. We will notify the payment gateway provider as soon as any refund is noted and it will then be dependent on the payment gateway to handle matters swiftly. Please kindly note that we will not be able to process refunds once an order has been disputed and will require such matters to be resolved before funds can be applied back to your account.

Please proceed to contact our Live Support team as this normally indicates that we require further information and would have sent an email to your registered OffGamers email to notify you of verification procedure required before delivery of your order can be made. This is standard procedure for online payments through Paypal/Bibit/Global Collect and verification will be on a one time basis. Once completed, all future orders will be processed within minutes of the order being placed through Paypal/Bibit/Global Collect.

  • Payment success but Order status appear as Pending/Payment fail: Our operators will be filing a report to the Finance department to investigate/check the payment. Once confirmed, we will be reverting back to the customer via e-mail.
  • Paypal e-check, Moneybookers OK-Pending status: Once cleared, our system will automatically moved customer’s order to Verifying status after receiving confirmation that the payment has been cleared.
  • Offline Payment transaction: Once collected, we will be processing the order accordingly and notify the customer via e-mail.

  • Payment success but order appears as Pending: Contact the card issuer OR login to your bank account to confirm whether the payment has been deducted. If deducted, kindly contact our operators via Live Support for assistance.
  • Payment fail : Ignore the order. The order will be considered as abandoned orders and our system will automatically cancel the order after 15 days.
  • Paypal e-check, Moneybookers OK-Pending status: Kindly contact the respective payment gateway for further inquiries/assistance. Customers can update us after speaking to their respective Payment gateway support team regarding their orders.
  • Order with Store Credits (SC) attached but payment failed: Contact Live Support so our operators can cancel the order and reissue SC back to customer’s account.

For Online Transactions
> Worldpay: four (4) possibilities as to why an order would remain in the Pending status.

  • The transaction has been sent to the Credit card issuer for Authorization. Pending response from card issuer.

  • Payment has been rejected by the card issuer without disclosing any reasons of the rejection by the card issuer.

  • Internal error, indicates our connection to RBS Worldpay server is unavailable/down.

  • Fail transaction, could not find payment for order.

> Paypal e-check, Moneybookers OK-Pending status: Insufficient funds available in customers’ respective account to pay the order, pending clearance from Payment gateway. Usually takes up to 5 days for Paypal e-check and 15 days for Moneybookers OK-Pending status orders. In this case, the account will not have sufficient funds and Moneybookers will allow 15 days for the funds to be put into the account. Paypal e-check is defined as the following:

Sending an eCheck is just like writing a check, only you send it through your computer. It’s also called an electronic funds transfer, because you withdraw money directly from your bank account.

When you send money with an eCheck from a U.S. bank account, the transaction is held as pending for 3-4 business days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank. From a Canadian bank account, the transaction is held as pending for 7-8 business days.

> Technical errors (i.e. Payment Gateway scheduled maintenance, Technical error resulted on payment gateway’s side which resulted in the inability to receive IPN corresponding with the order)

For Offline Transactions

> Offline Transactions (i.e Western Union, Direct Deposit, Wire Transfer): Payment information from customers as we need to manually collect the payment for Offline Transactions. Usually takes between 1 day to 10 days

  • 1 day for Direct deposit, Western Union, MoneyGram;

  • 3 to 10 days time for RBS Worldpay Not fully Auto Payment type, Wire Transfer etc.


> Failure of payment submission to OffGamers

Simply login to your order history page and click on view to keep track of the status of your order. All communication remarks will be updated into this area.

Paypal Withdrawal Fees

An order usually drops into the pending status if the order was completed without any payment sent. Please contact our customer service representatives to re-confirm that your account was not charged any payment. Otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled after 15days.

Once your order has passed our verification process you should receive an order confirmation e-mail, within 30 minutes of placing the order. The e-mail will contain :

i) Instructions on how to retrieve your order.

ii) Request for additional information to arrange a meeting and trade.

iii) Delivery time eta.

Some payment gateways are country specific, you can toggle your country location from the Country selection bar located at the top of the page to browse other available payment gateways.

If you were to encounter this error in the payment checkout page, please :

i) Click on the “My Account” tab located on the top right section of your screen and navigate to you order list. Check your order in verifying to confirm if your order has been placed. If there is an order in verifying, the redirection is most likely a glitch. Do not attempt to proceed on from the payment page again, you may end up placing another order.

ii) Contact our Live Chat operators and inform them of the glitch.

iii) If no orders are in verifying, contact our Live Chat operators immediately to report the problem. We will then contract our developers or partners to fix the problem.

An e-check results when a payment is sent from an unverified account without sufficient balance in the Paypal account to cover the cost of the order.

Paypal must contact the bank and verify that the funds are present, thus the cause of the 3 to 4 day delay.

To avoid sending an e-check, first complete the verification process for your account, and then make sure the funds are present in Paypal before you place an order.

To confirm your payment type, just before placing the order you will see a blue hyperlink that reads: “choose more funding options”. By clicking this link you may determine which option is currently selected for your payment, and what payment options your account supports.

A pending e-check is a type of payment option available with PayPal.

A pending e-check is just like writing a normal check, except electronically.

Just like normal checks, pending e-checks take a few days to clear while PayPal verifies the funds are present within the sender’s account.

Yes, most debit cards like Maestro, Laser, Electron and more are generally accepted via the payment gateways provided by our website.

Once you have realized that you selected the wrong payment gateway, you can click on the Back button and return to the payment selection page, provided that you have not already clicked on ‘Confirm Order’.

If you have already clicked on confirm order. Contact our live chat to ensure that the payment has not been charged. Once you have verified that no payment has been made, you would have to place a new order as we cannot change the payment selection once an order is placed.

OffGamers does not hold any stock on hand, the currencies and items on sale are the inventories of partners who have registered as official OffGamers sellers. Once an order is processed, delivery will be made within the ETA stated for each product.

For face to face deliveries the ETA countdown will begin upon the customer’s contact on Live chat, informing us the duration he/she will be ingame. Please do contact our Live chat immediately after purchase so that we can open the buyback to our registered sellers.
