1) Once your order is completed, log into your OffGamers Account. Mouse over and click the “Buyer” tab and select Completed Orders.
2) Click on the Order number of your Cd Key or time card purchase to view more information about the order.
3) Details of your order will be shown to you. Click on ‘Show’ to view your Game Code(s) individually. If you have more than one game codes click on “Show All”.
4) The Point code will be shown to you in picture format. You may now proceed to key in the codes purchased onto the reload page of the game website.
For all issue with game card that you have purchased from us, do not hesitate to use our submission form. We will resolve your issues within 48 hours.
Although we will be able to resolve most issues within 48 hours, we also rely on the speediness of other parties involved in such investigations such as the game publisher etc. We need to thoroughly investigate such issues in order to clarify and resolve them more efficiently in order to prevent similar cases in the future. Please note that our CD-Key team currently operate during normal business hours (09:30 – 18:30 GMT+8 Mon – Fri). Rest assured that no issue will be overlooked and we look to reply all such issues in the soonest time possible.
We receive all of our codes from our distributors and deem all received codes to be viable and genuine. We will only open the boxes containing the codes and take a screenshot. Please kindly ensure that no other individuals have attempted to access and use the codes from your OffGamers account
Once the order is processed and completed the codes are immediately viewable in the order history page of your OffGamers account.
Please contact our Live Support team immediately. Alternatively, please submit the issue to us through the CDK-Submission form link stating the issue and the matter will be investigated thoroughly for resolution in the soonest time possible.
